Cars on the Lincoln Park pedestrian path

I’ve seen people intermittently driving onto the pedestrian path along the water (non park employees). I’ve told them it’s not for cars but I’ve gotten responses like “I’m just dropping something off” or “I’m handicapped”. Are There valid reasons for non park employees driving on the path? If not, what should I do if I see it? Seems very dangerous on busy days.

You don’t need to do anything. Trust that if they aren’t supposed to be there then it will be handled.
