swParticipantI concur on Menashe Jewelers. Go in and see Josh – he’ll help you with whatever you need. I had a custom ring made for my wife a few years ago and they did a wonderful job on it.

AnneTParticipantMenashe is WONDERFUL !
Yes, they can do custom design. See Jack (1st gen)
Josh (2nd gen).
My husband and I got married in November on a whim…they custom designed a ring for us in 6 days (over Thanksgiving break).
I have to say that this one one of my most memorable comsumer experiences ever. Not only was this the most meaningful purchase I have made, but oh my gosh you could have not wished for a better experience. We literally felt like family..they took such great care of us. I wish I could post a photo of this spectacular ring they made…it is georgeous.
Oh and the ready made jewlery is beatiful too…but they have alot of original works.
We will be clients for life:)
Bravo- Bravo- Bravo !

squareeyesParticipantWhat, no love for Russell? I must admit I only get my watch battery changed there but they do have some lovely pieces that I admire.

JenVMemberI always got the impression that Menashe’s neither needed or cared for my business as a customer. Russell’s actually cares about their customers and they have some beautiful pieces there as well. They will replace watch batteries, repair jewelry and re-size rings as well.

squareeyesParticipantI forgot, Russell’s did repair some 1940’s/50’s jewelry for me as well.
