Boiler repair recommendations?

Our gas boiler decided to stop working last night. I would have assumed that by April this wouldn’t really have been an emergency, but it’s still pretty cold. My wife’s parents are home with our 11-month old daughter, huddled around the fireplace for warmth, so we are hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the company that last serviced the boiler hasn’t called us back yet, so I’m looking to see if anyone has recommendations on local companies that can come out and fix it today. I think (hope) the problem is that it’s just not igniting and that the fix should be pretty simple, but I’m not handy or brave enough to fiddle with a gas boiler myself. Thanks.

They were not the low bidder on my boiler replacement/upgrade but they were immediate, fast and well trained on hydronic systems and were able to explain the original working of a long defunct steam system that was abandonded in place decades ago.

The low bidder did not get the job due to poor reputation that they seem to be expanding on. There are other similar discussions in the forum archive.
