Boat storage in West Seattle?

We are getting ready to remodel our house and need to store our 21 foot boat, would prefer something close to Alki since we still plan on going out this summer. Any suggestions??

You can try the South Park Boat Yard/ Marina. They are cheap and have a launch ramp there.
