First, where’s a good place to treat a friend to a mani-pedi in West Seattle?

Second, I almost never wear makeup, but I need to for an upcoming occasion. Is there somewhere in West Seattle I could get a consultation about how to do this and what to use, without a hard sell to buy expensive supplies for a one-time event? Other ideas?

Head to Toe day spa still around? Across from the Admiral theater. Nice spot for nails.
