Hello,
Can anyone tell me why the ballpark entrances are still locked? I usually take my niece and her friends to the ballpark to play. Should I contact parks and recreation to unlock to open back up to the public?

Yes, calling Parks would be your best option. Could be a special circumstance with that park.
