I need an overnight sitter for my 19 month old on Sunday (2/15/09)… Sunday afternoon until Monday morning about 10am. This would be her first night away from her Mom and Dad so of course I am nervous and would need to meet you first to make sure you would be a good fit… In exchange I am available to care for your child/children on V-Day, or anytime before the end of the month. If you are not interested in swapping I can only pay a little… I prefer her to be watched in our place but I guess it doesn’t matter.
Oh, I wanted to add that she has started to finally started to sleep threw the night so she sleeps from 8pm-ish to 8am-ish. Very easy and loves to play with other kids, usually plays better when they are older than her.
Please tell me your not going to leave your young toddler in overnight care with someone you just met, have no references on, no police background check on, and that your child has no history of building trust with. I really hope you make a safe choice for your child if this imminent overnight trip really requires you to leave the little one behind. Be safe.
