I’d be grateful for a personal referral.

    Hi Myr-myr:

I was sent your post and am just following up. If you would like to discuss Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorneys, or Living Wills, I offer flat rates, for example: a simple Will is $150 ; add trust provisions and its $250.

My mother and I got Revocable Living Trusts in 1992 from Heritage Benefits. They have free seminars on the products they offer. http://www.hbfsi.com

Since there is no obligation I would highly recommend finding out what they have that could help your needs.

When my mother passed in 2011 the Living Trust really made the process of estate transfer very easy, NO PROBATE required. I just took the Trust papers and death certificate to the custodians of her assets and the transfers happened. Within 3 months all the transfers were complete. The only cost related to the transfers was about $100 for lawyer fee to write the proper papers for a real estate holding in Oregon.

On the investment side Ed Day only promotes products he personally owns, he travels to speak with the investment packagers. I consider his recommendations to be solid and conservative to protect the principal.

I highly recommend you check them out.
