We are looking for someone energetic and fun, with strong organizational skills to assist in managing our busy massage clinic. We want a teammate who brings their own brand of service to our workplace and helps make it a great place to be for guests and colleagues. You need to be easy going, but focused. Reliable, and a self-starter. Someone who can manage a high-performing team of massage therapists and sales associates, motivating them achieve individual and team sales goals. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career. The position is full-time and the schedule varies.

Job requirements/duties:

• 1+ years management experience in a spa or customer service environment.

• A leader who is able to hold staff accountable and give constructive “in the moment” feedback.

• Ability to push tasks and projects forward, finishing in an organized and timely manner.

• Positive Mental Attitude!

• Genuinely care about our members, guests and employees.

• Good communicator with active listening skills.

• Able to recommend enhanced services and present membership plans.

• Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service

• Ability to connect and communicate with employees to inspire high quality work.

• Manage the daily operations of the spa and maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment.

• Ability to multi task and remain calm when we get busy.

• Flexible Schedule- Several shifts available. One weekend day is required.

• Professional and dependable. Self-starter.
