    Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom apartment/house for one professional adult. Must have in unit washer & dryer. Wood burning fireplace would be nice. Location preference: Alki or any of the Junctions. Maximum rent: $1000/per month including W/S/G. I’ve been searching craigslist but hoping for more options posting here. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

    I know my landlord (Landlord Management Inc) has a couple of openings in that area right now ((206) 935-2411) The Unit next door to mine (should be 5909 Calif maybe like 2 doors down from Ho Win Resturant) has a sign out front about a 1 bedroom for lease.

    There is a 2 bedroom house for rent on Fauntleroy (5000 block) just south of Hudson on the west side of the street. Don’t know the rent or any details on it – just saw the sign while walking by.

    There is a house on 35th and Elmgrove (I think)the is for rent or sale. It is on the left hand side of the street (heading towards westwood village. That is all I know about it.

    There is a basement apartment (I think)of a house, one bedroom for $900 on 41st, south of Morgan on the west side of the street. I don’t know anything about it though in regards to the washer/dryer or fireplace. That’s 2 blocks from Thriftway and close to buses, etc.

    Saw a house just up the street from me today. I live on 40th and Genesee. House is located on the east side of the street on 40th between Genesee and Dakota. That is all I know.

    Just saw a sign at the NW corner of 42nd Avenue SW & SW Manning St. (1 block north of Charlestown) — said 1 bedroom, but I couldn’t catch any other details.

    Saw a garage for rent. Not sure if it is a garage apartment or just a garage. Know the landlady (most of my life) very nice lady. Can get more info if you would like.
