Anyone else having Comcast phone trouble on 7/29?

We are in Arbor Heights and have Comcast phone service.

So far today, we have had 2 incomplete voice mail messages and a number of dropped calls on outgoing and incoming calls.

The local Comcast call center is even affected. Their wait messages were not being delivered correctly and I was told that their call center phone service was down for about 25 minutes this afternoon.

The rep was great and we agreed that the issues are probably heat related.

If you do try and call them, be prepared for a long wait queue time. Their recorded message says they are having a higher than normal call volume.

howdy, neighbor Kevin! yes, my Comcast cable was going in and out all night last night. Figured it was the heat, figured it would be a waste of time to call. thanks for the confirmation!
