LisaMillsMemberI’m looking for a networking group to hook up with. I’m sure most networking groups don’t have a hypnotherapist in their ranks! My preference is West Seattle, and an organizations that centers on women, especially women in small business, solopreneurs, that sort of thing. But most important to me is the small business aspect. Anyone know of such an animal?

JanSParticipanthave you tried BNI? Business Networking International. I know they have a couple of groups here in West Seattle, and are mostly about smaller local businesses here.No guarantee that it would mostly be women, though…it is what you make of it.

Tonya42MemberI belong to several that are great! League of Women Voters, Association for Women in Science and Executive Women International (EWI).
If you are looking for something with a slant towards small business and women and minorities, you might try this:

JanSParticipantlol…that would mean I’d have to get up in front of people and speak – lol…I have a dyslexic tongue in addition to my dyslexic fingers :) Actually, I’ve known a few people in toastmasters, and they have loved it…
