EmmyJaneParticipantI would highly recommend Dr. Diane Savage. I’ve recommend about 5 people to her over the years and they’ve all gone and LOVED her. And Mila, one of the dental hygenists, is pretty awesome too (they’re all good but I especially like her). I think she works Thursday mornings.

GoGoParticipantI very highly recommend Dr. George Naden. Great, kind, gentle dentist that doesn’t rip you off.
Dr. Chellis charges twice as much, I speak from experience.

Tony SParticipantDr. Lisa Zimberg on California Ave.
I’ve been with her since she purchased the practice years ago — she efficient, knowledgeable and no pain.
Good luck!

JasperbluParticipantI go to Dr. Douglas Holmes on SW Bracepoint Dr. (near Endolyne Joes and the Fauntleroy Ferry). He came highly recommended to me by my West Seattle born/raised 3rd generation contractor, whose gone to him since he was a kid.
I’ve been going to Dr. Holmes for almost 3 years now, and while I admittedly LOVE going to the dentist, I can honestly also say that he’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever had (and I’m over 40).
Otherwise, I guess a dentist recommendation depends on where you live in West Seattle, and what your criteria are besides a good recommendation. Good luck!

dmcMemberOur family loves Dr. Kae. So do two different friends’ families. He and his team are pretty darned awesome. Even my teen daughter and husband don’t fuss about going to the dentist.

CeeBeeParticipantDr Christine Kirchner in Morgan Junction, in the same building that Blockbuster was in. Very good, gentle touch and thorough!

blessedmamaMemberthank you all soooooooo much! I really appreciate the recommendations and am going to look into each one. It’s so hard to find a good dentist that you can trust and are compatible with, so thank you all! I now have a great place to start.

happywalkerParticipantI have an elderly parent that goes to Dr. Kirchner…BTW they don’t even offer a senior discount when they pay at the time of services like many seniors do. Every dentist that he has gone to, any my dentist downtown does. No statement needs to be generated and sent, no paper, no envelope including a return, no stamp no staff time… they have their payment right away. I understand no discount for using a credit/debit card, but seems good business and community sense sure be “rewarded” with a discount. Just sayin.
