We can’t wait to meet you!Topic: Lost black bag and hat
Hi there,
My sister is visiting from Texas and went out to Lincoln Park to look at the wooden troll out there (Monday July 20). She took off her hat and purse to take a picture and walked around before realizing she left it behind.
The bag only contained her wallet. The hat has the White Tree of Gondor from Lord of the Rings, dark blue.
We would mostly want to find the purse itself. It belonged to my grandmother and is one of the only things we have left of her.
I called Coleman Pool but was told nothing was turned in.
Please let me know if it was spotted or found. Thank you.Topic: Yard Sale

I left a dress to be altered at Fit All alterations (on California past the Morgan junction) last month and this week when I went to pick it up there was a sign on the door that they were gone due to family emergency. I have tried calling the business but there is no message. On Yelp it says they are closed until September 1. Does anyone know about this or how I might be able to have my dress returned? I needed it for this weekend but at this point I just want it back.

Hi all!
After just purchasing our first home, we just wanted to share our experience working with the Scott Monroe & Molly Kemper Real Estate Team.
Scott & Molly represent EVERYTHING you might want in a real estate partnership – they’re both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and persistent. My partner and I worked with Scott & Molly to make our very first home purchase. We went into the process super green and in need of a team that would get us up to speed and do a little hand-holding along the way. We learned SO much by working with them. Scott & Molly both bring a valuable set of skills to the table – along with their many years of real estate experience in the Greater Seattle area, they also have backgrounds in construction and architecture which helped us feel secure in our purchase. Each time we went to see a house, we could trust that Scott & Molly could tell us everything we would need to know about the house and what work it might need. We ended up finding a house that we absolutely LOVE and are so grateful to have worked with Scott & Molly to get it done. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re just a fun couple of folks to spend lots of time with as you search for a home! :) I could not recommend them more!

Hi Neighbors;
I’m thinking of using J&M to do a kitchen at my house — have you used them and would you be willing to share what your experience was like? The good, the bad, and the ugly, please. Was the job on time, on budget, and was the work quality? They are my front runner right now and I’d love to hear from you if there’s a reason they should not be. A kitchen is a big disruptive job and I want to make the right choice.
If you’d rather not comment publicly, you can email me — pam @ nerdseyeview dot com.

Lost my iPhone on Monday July 13th. Last used on California Ave and Oregon St. at 1:30pm. Noticed it missing at PCC 10minutes later. Is an iPhone 15 green with green case with a forest scene. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
My husband’s wedding band fell off at some point near Lincoln Park’s north lot last Tuesday night (7/7). We went to Beverage Place as well that night so might be there or near there as well. It is a tungsten band with the top half silver, lower half black, and a coppery ring separating the two colors. Not very valuable but it is sentimental and if anyone finds it please email me: becky22ms at gmail dot com
