I got Pfizer. 1st shot was Feb 24th 2nd March 17th. 1st shot I had a slightly sore arm for @36 hours. 2nd shot has a less sore arm the 1st day and felt a little fever/headache/low energy the 2nd day. I’ve felt fine since. My sister and brother in law had Pfizer just before I did and had less side effects than I did. My other sister and brother in law had Moderna just before I did. They had the same side effects I did. As of today we’re all feeling great with NO vaccine issues.

Hello, I didn’t think much of this when I got a stiff neck and sore shoulders a few weeks back, thought I just slept in the wrong position only thought was why is it hurting for 3 plus weeks??? Then my husband felt the same thing and he thought he just slept wrong too, lasted 2 weeks or so…now for the kicker, a co-worker felt the same thing when I was feeling it and now today another co-worker different department said he has a stiff neck, shoulders and thought he slept wrong position too or that he can’t play golf anymore!!! :) I didn’t mention anything about myself or anyone else to him… could this be vaccine related??? we all are vaccinated a good 3 months ago.
    WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?

My sister lost her Son, my Nephew way too early in life to Asthma and one of his school friends had a reading and she said that he came thru in her reading and it seemed like he needed to say some things to his Mom.
My Sister she currently lives in AZ but will be up here the end of July so we wanted to see that Medium but she is not available that week and we’re both not interested in doing a reading over Zoom. So I’m asking does anyone here know of a Medium close to WS, Burien… that they’ve seen and like?
    Thank you in advance!

Hi there. As we’ve reported in stories before, there are no shelters in WS – and our one tiny-house village is generally full. Some local churches have had low-key small shelter programs but none that you can contact directly to my knowledge. American Legion Post 160 has run an unofficial emergency shelter in times of bad weather. Re: hygiene, the Delridge Community Center has long been open for showering – here are the hours/days:
    https://www.seattle.gov/Documents/Departments/ParksAndRecreation/AboutUs/Comfort_Station_Hygiene_Showers_4.5.21.pdf

Did you call 211? That’s the main shelter referral hotline as I understand it.

    Hi all –

I’m seeking resources for a houseless person in our community who needs a place to shower (at minimum), or shelter. I’ve looked at a few resources and am finding solutions that are mostly downtown/Pioneer Square, and I suspect that’s not tenable. Any ideas about services in WS?

    Thank you!

Something to keep in mind if you were looking to rent with with a dog, many of the apartments have a weight limit of about 30 lb for pets, and many of them also have breed restrictions, like not allowing pitbulls and similar breeds. So do keep that in mind if that applies to you. Otherwise, most places do seem to allow pets, with a pet deposit/fee of a few hundred dollars, and sometimes monthly pet rent.

Just now read KOMO report and WSB article. A few months ago, I confronted Jason Turner in my living room at around 3 a.m. and he ran off. I didn’t know who he was at that time. Police arrived, no follow up later. My neighbor had been robbed just minutes before.
