Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Seattle, WA, for an Electrical Apprentice. Admiral Electric is hiring several positions, namely Electrical Apprentices. Most of our company focuses on knob and tube rewires and working on older West Seattle Homes. The Apprentice will be responsible for assisting their journeyman performing electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring all work complies with local and national electrical codes, and collaborating with other team members to complete projects. The role also requires the ability to work with various types of electrical systems found in residential and commercial settings. We are a small company and all employees will interact with customers, inspectors, and general contractors to an extent, so we are looking for a professional individual who takes pride in their work and can learn to work on projects large and small.
Familiarity with electrical is a plus, as is general construction experience.

Rental Management
Hire, train and mentor rental staff
Ensure that rental staff are fully trained in fitting and adjusting rental and demo equipment to suit the needs of customers
Ensure that rental staff can advise on appropriate rental equipment, listening to the clients’ skiing and snowboarding goals and considering the conditions
Manage and maintain accurate rental records, including ensuring that all of the appropriate Rental Forms and Liability Waivers are completed
Manage Rental and Appointment Software, including training, updates and correspondence with software vendors
Manage Season, Daily and Weekly Rentals, including tracking due dates and assessing late fees
Work with Shop Manager to ensure that rentals and demos are safe, clean and well-maintained and to replace/repair equipment as necessary

Shop Management
Hire, train and mentor shop technicians
Ensure that shop technicians have completed requisite certifications

M2S offers a full service community ski and snowboard shop and regional paddle sports store. We are hiring an experienced Ski Technician for the 2025-2026 Winter season. Candidate must be an independent self-starter who has experience in the winter sports industry and 3+ years working in tuning and mounting. Custom boot fitting is sought after in the candidate with a willingness to learn the finer points of ski tuning and boot fitting. As with any seasoned technician, attention to detail is of the utmost importance. High level of customer service and ability to sell alpine, nordic, snowboard, accessories and clothing required. On the night of the 9th i lost a set of keys and a green drawstring bags while riding the H Line South from Andover street.
Metro has been contacted with no success (for all you know-betters.)
The green bag held some loose pages and drawing materials, a sketchbook, and a set of keys.
The set of keys has a vehicle key and a yellow “FIFA 2025” lanyard, as well as an easily identifiable resin keychain charm.
