Costco carries a natural cat litter, at least they did several months ago. Of course, there's also the question of what is really meant when the package says "natural"–not sure how much difference there is between a mass-produced "natural" product and the regular stuff.
I also spotted a pet supply store in the Junction today. I think it was called Next to Nature. Did not go inside, so I can't vouch for them personally, but it might be what you're looking for.
