j, I rented from them for 4 years – the people who staffed the office were great- very nice. But when my plumbing broke I was without a toilet for 3 days because their handyman couldn’t get his ducks in a row- when my house was broken into, it took them over 3 weeks to replace my broken window- luckily my boyfriend was able to cover it with plywood. When I moved in, I had to dispose of the former tenant’s garbage. I just did not find them very responsive to problems at all.
