admiral: then there’s noble roman’s deep-dish pizza, baked in a square olive-oiled cast-iron baking pan. fully 2 inches thick. loaded with cheese.

i’m also fairly shocked to hear that you would ever – ever! – get bad treatment from pagliacci.
every so often they’ll just give – yes, give! – you a free delivery pizza… because you’re a loyal customer. or it’s your birthday. or they haven’t heard from you in a while. or it’s a holiday. or just because.
truly great people.
as a midwesterner (from another life) i don’t like flat crusts so much, but their toppings/combos are pretty damned good, as evinced by christopher’s example.
i’d trust them not to eff it up. :)
