That IS the point. What if something is discovered that should be identified.
Let me try to be more specific. Say it is scientifically proven that GE corn can create an allergic reaction in some people who are not allergic to non-GE corn. Additionally, the reaction is only to GE-corn, not soy or beets, or any other GE food.
Shouldn’t people have the right to know about the GE corn? Perhaps some people have no problem eating GE soy or salmon, but GE corn can kill them. Are you saying they don’t have the right to know the difference, and that a general “contains GMOs” label is sufficient for everyone?
