People have been talking about the need for a dog park in the north end of West Seattle for a long time. I’m curious if there has been any work done to create one. I imagine it is like a lot of other community changes that are made when a group sees a need and works on creating awareness, finds the agency involved, and determines the steps needed to create what is desired. Sure, we don’t always get our way and sometimes change happens. Till then, walk the dog or take a few moments to drive to the newly reopened Westcrest dog park.
