Don’t Miss the Yale Whiffenpoofs in West Seattle – A Night of Music for a Great Cause! 

On October 24, West Seattle will host a truly special musical event as America’s oldest collegiate a cappella group, The Yale Whiffenpoofs, comes to town! The legendary Whiffenpoofs will perform as part of their Washington State tour, and they’re teaming up with our own Endolyne Children’s Choir (ECC) for an unforgettable evening of song. 

ECC’s young singers are beyond excited to share the stage with such an accomplished group. And there’s even more to celebrate: The Whiffenpoofs are generously donating a significant portion of the concert proceeds to support ECC’s mission of providing transformative choral education to kids of all backgrounds in our community. 

Since their founding in 1909, The Whiffenpoofs have wowed audiences around the globe with a diverse repertoire of vocal jazz, folk, pop, and Broadway hits. They’ve performed for U.S. Presidents from Reagan to Obama, and appeared in iconic venues like Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. You might have even seen them on TV shows like The Sing Off and Glee. 

What makes this event even more special is the local connection: Logan Foy, the current musical director of The Whiffenpoofs, is the cousin of an ECC choir member and can’t wait to perform in his hometown tour of Western Washington. 

One of the Whiffenpoofs’ core messages is that music can open doors for young people—something ECC wholeheartedly believes in. This concert is a chance to celebrate that belief, while raising vital funds to keep ECC’s programs thriving. 

Endolyne Children’s Choir is a non-audition, non-profit choir that empowers kids through music.
