At the High Point Branch:Join Tears of Joy Theatre for a puppet show based on the popular children’s book.

Based on the beloved book by Janell Cannon, our rendition of this charming story is full of excitement, adventure, and big laughs. Come along as our adorable fruit bat friend, Stellaluna, learns just what it takes to be a bird, a bat, and a friend. This performance features adorable puppets that kids can explore after the show. For all ages.

This program is part of this year’s Summer of Learning program Splash! Adventures with Water, which encourages reading and activities around science, technology, technology, arts and math. We are offering over 250 free youth programs throughout the city this summer. You can pick up a Summer Action Guide at any Library location.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.
