There’s a new glass art festival happening October 17-20 that has been spearheaded by Chihuly Garden and Glass and Visit Seattle, but supported by the combined efforts of more than 50 artists and arts organizations. It’s called Refract: The Seattle Glass Experience. www.refractseattle.org

The events are happening all around the region, but a few are in West Seattle.
