March 19, at 8 pm
Holy Rosary Catholic Church in West Seattle

Each season the Northwest Symphony Orchestra presents a “Music for the Soul” concert and in these difficult times we invite all to a place of solace, meditation, prayer and hope on Saturday, March 19. We begin our concert with the poignant Ave Maria by Franz Biebl and the second movement of Antonin Dvorak’s cello concerto with sixteen year old Carson Ling-Efird- performed in the beautiful sacred space of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in West Seattle. A Suite from The Art of Flight, by Patrick Harlan, offers hope, and we then conclude our concert with the uplifting Symphony #35 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

I invite you to share in this evening of profound music, as we hope for peace.
