Wednesday, October 16th – New Balance Demo Run 6:15 pm:

We have a really exciting Wednesday night group run. Not only is it our Birthday Group Run, we will have New Balance here to do a shoe demo. Take a run in the 1080 or 860 (we will help you determine the right one for your gait!!). After group, we will head to West Wings for food, beverage and fellowship! October Birthday Runners get a coveted West Seattle Runner button.
