March Walk with a Doc

Please join Dr. Deeds from Deeds Health for a spring forward Walk with a Doc on Sunday, March 8th. We’ll meet by the Statue of Liberty at Alki Beach and walk for about 50 minutes out and back.

This is a free, community walk open to everyone, all ages and fitness levels. Of course, pets, strollers, and strider bikes are welcome. 🙂 We’ll spend a few minutes talking about heart health and then enjoy a relaxed (or brisk) walk along the waterfront.

No need to RSVP, just show up and bring a friend.
