FREE Stroller Strides class

Please join us for this free Stroller Strides class designed for new and veteran moms and their kids. Our classes are led by pre and postnatal certified instructors and we welcome all stages of motherhood- you just need medical clearance for exercise and we will meet you where you’re at. We will move and connect with our littles and each other. Class is followed by a free Coffee, Cookies & Tummy Time playgroup at 10:30a on the Alki Bathhouse Lawn
