In response to growing interest, we will be offering free qigong classes to the public throughout the spring. Please wear comfortable loose clothing & bring a water bottle. Social distancing will be observed. We will be outside rain or shine.
Topics include:
Introduction to standing meditation.
Twisting exercise for shoulders, hips, and back muscles.
Basic breathing practices.
