We’ve been hearing for a while about a major slowdown on southbound 99 headed this way, and now we know why – a crash right at the bridge. One WSB’er who passed it while riding Metro Route 55 reports, “There is a three-car accident in the left lane, just before the WS Bridge ramp. An ambulance and cop are on the scene. Avoid the area!”
Our bus is crawling along…and traffic has been backed up through downtown. At least two firetrucks and medics passed a while ago. It must be pretty bad.
Yep, our bus is crawling too. Aid vehicles went by us on Columbia & 2nd, but no reroute. Sigh…
Yep, no R.R.C service coming from downtown. Have to take a 21 and walk a mile.
I only saw two cars involved – a minivan and some sedan. Looked like the minivan had crashed into the back of the sedan type vehicle. My commute was only 15 mins longer than usual. Hope all involved are okay.
