My wife’s Subaru Forester had window smashed last night, uncertain on time. Vehicle was parked off alley in carport between 45th & 46th by College in North Admiral.
Nothing taken; no report number yet.
Our truck window was smashed in a couple weeks ago at 41st and College. The mobile window repair guy said he had an easy day because all his repairs were clustered in this neighborhood!
Thanks for letting the community here in North Admiral know that there have been other car windows smashed in close by. Did anyone take things in your car or is this vandalism? Please reply. Anyone else in North Admiral that’s how this happened recently. Would you write in and advise if this is about vandalism or thief?
No one took anything from our truck, but that’s just because we didn’t have anything worth taking! They did pull the random center console stuff out and scatter it around (band-aids, cheap sunglasses, old knit cap, etc). We didn’t have anything visible laying around to entice anyone, but from the repairman’s anecdote they seemed to be targeting trucks that week. Soooo, don’t leave stuff visible in your vehicle and hope for the best I guess?
Suspicious, slow moving, white van with somewhat noisy exhaust was westbound on SW College then south on 47th Ave SW about 01:42 am on October 23rd.
