They had posted their car for sale and had someone come for a test drive – and the person drove off and stole it! This happened around 4 pm yesterday on 52nd Ave by Alki. The car is a black Mercedes SUV, license BPA 2209. Any sightings would be appreciated. Police report # 24-137147.

Thanks for posting the situation that lead to the theft. We always put a tracker ($25 Target or Amazon), in our vehicles when selling them for this reason. This is so maddening. I’m sorry
Also, anyone who has an iPhone can simply purchase an itag for about $25 on Amazon to TRACK their car or keys or anything. , Amazon, or at an Apple Store and simply pair it via Find My phone. No monthly charges. Hide it on the vehicle
