    Do NOT attempt to take E. Marginal northbound. I’ve had to turn off my engine and start working from my trapped car.

      That sucks.  Any idea what the issue was?

        Planned construction closing lanes, but sdot wasn’t directing traffic, so it didn’t move. At all. I won’t be taking that route again until construction is over.
