That’s the flag pole at the Community School of West Seattle at 22nd and Roxbury, again without its Pride flag. CSWS’s Whitney Young says it’s been stolen for the third time, sometime last night or this morning, The previous two thefts were in May and June. They’re checking to see if they caught the thief on camera. If you have any information, the SPD case # is 23-917640.
Dang, Whitney! Just saw it yesterday and was relieved it was there….
Every time the flag is stolen a hundred more people become aware that the Pride Flag exists and that it is an important part of the community.
This is a hate crime and getting ridiculous. Let’s put tons more up!
Those who took it down need to move out of here. We are very proud and accepting in West Seattle and we don’t want your hate here!
