    It will orbit Mars. I wonder why they are calling it a spacecraft instead of a satellite.

    NASA funding HAS been cut drastically. That is one of the reasons why we can no longer send our own astronauts to the International Space Station and have to rely on the RUSSIANS to take us. I regret never having a chance to see a space shuttle take off from KSC.
