Lumpia World food truck says it’ll debut Saturday in West Seattle

On Twitter this evening, we learned that the Lumpia World food truck is set to debut in West Seattle this Saturday, 11 am-2 pm. (Yes, the same window as Marination Mobile‘s weekly visits.) Where? They’re planning to make that announcement on Twitter (@lumpiaworld) and Facebook this Thursday night.

I could run an 100 foot extension power cord from my place to the truck if needed. Admiral.

haha, sweet JanS, yes! Anything super-authentic in North Admiral would be super sweet. No complaints from here, but I welcome the more unusual-and-well-prepared. Yours, truly.

Eexxcceelleenntt. BTW – what’s the food truck roundup these days? Skillet seems to be no longer…any others still here on a regular basis (meaning not the normal taco trucks)?

YEAAAAH BUDDY! I am so excited for this. I grew up on Saipan and this menu is definitely authentic. I really hope that chicken kelaguen and titiyas will be served, too. I CANNOT WAIT.

Biankat, Skillet is still around but they don’t frequent W Seattle. Just went to the website (www.skilletstreetfood.com) and they’re in Cap Hill today. Doesn’t look like they operate every weekday like they used to though.

Last known sighting: Skillet was at the Phinney home fair this past Sunday…
