Highland Park Improvement Club‘s parking lot is full of sale tables till 3 pm, and we noticed that box of rubber ducks at Highland Park Action Committee chair Dan Mullins‘ table. Many outdoor events have live music, but this is the first one we’ve been to in a while that had an accordion serenade:

12th/Holden till 3 pm. Then tomorrow, HPIC’s having its annual neighborhood barbecue and kickball extravaganza, 2-6 pm at Highland Park playfield.
