Actually if I could get my hands on fresh King more, I’d buy that instead.
Actually the Copper River is a location not a species of salmon. Jigger; the first bunch of Copper River Salmon are kings, followed by sockeye later. There are also silvers, aka “coho”, they just do not have the marketing buzz that the Kings and Sockeye do.
