So reports the Seattle Times today. We didn’t know the victim, Lyn Wesselhoeft, but from the online references we just found (including a past mention on the Fauntleroy Church site), a lot of people here probably did; the Times story says she moved to NM just a few months ago.

My son is a best friend of Lyn’s and we knew her casually. My son spent many overnights with them. Lyn was a wonderful mom who leaves behind a great friend for my son. I am just sickened by this murder and the senselessness in it. She was the mom in the Volvo wagon with the toule on top, always around West Seattle- I’ll miss seeing her around the neighborhood.
lyn was someone you could never dislike in anyway. She was wonderful mom and will be missed forevr.
