According to a blurb currently atop this news site that was atop a news site for a while,  “a man has barricaded himself inside an apartment” and that’s what’s going on along 35th (see below).
Gotta be more to it. There must be a gun involved somewhere, the only time police block off roads is when there is a gun involved. I was out walking my dog along 37th and there was several blocks taped off. Some people were standing on a corner on kenyon street and one lady had tears in her eyes. I didn’t want to be nosey so I didn’t ask what was going on, but now I’m curous……
