AnonymousInactiveHi! Does anyone have a recommendation or suggestion for a person that reglazes, resurfaces, refinishes, etc … bathtubs? Thank you.

maddyParticipantDarrell’s Signature Refinishing, PO Box 930, Issaquah, WA. # is 425-222-4622.
Honest, reasonable price (checked out many refinishers), did a perfect job restoring my 1923 bathtub to new condition. Didn’t try to sell me extra like so many of those I talked to did.

EmmyJaneParticipantAny idea how much this costs? Just for a standard tub. I have two that could use a new coat.

maddyParticipantMy tub was $450 plus tax. This was done in 02/11.

yikesMemberI would recommend jon at seattlebathtubguy.com. They refinished my bathtub and sink that were from about the 1940’s and six months after, they look wonderful.
He’s very honest, also….

tom kelleyParticipantThere was a place on Sixteenth just north of Walgreens, east side of the street that did refinishing. I’m not sure if they’re still there.

inactiveMemberTom, that bathtub refinisher is long gone. As a matter of fact, a brand new state-of-the-art butcher shop has just opened there. Not to thread jack, but I was just in there today….totally gut/rebuilt the building to modern specs. He smokes fresh salmon, btw…
Back to the point at hand: I am all ears for tub refinishers too.
