  1. Went to the soft opening on Monday and was impressed with the food and the way the servers handled the large crowd. I think we have another winner in West Seattle!

  2. Dined here on Oct 23. Place was packed but we got seated very quickly. I had a great burger cooked as ordered and onion rings, companion had a caesar salad with salmon that he enjoyed. Service was attentive and the place already appears to be running like a well-oiled machine.

  3. Just had lunch there and the kitchen was very slow although there were not many people in the restaurant. Couldn’t quite understand the lengthy wait for our food. When it did finally arrive it was mediocre. The portobello burger was served on a wonder bread type bun,(yuk) so I just removed the bread and ate it naked. Nothing to rave about but certainly edible. I would not rush to go back again. Too many other great places to eat in W.S. Sorry.

  4. We were really excited to try this out as we’ve missed Porterhouse (before they changed the menu, which was then followed by the closure). We went on the same night as the Admiral Trick or Treat event, so it was fun to watch the kids through the window run around in their costumes. We were a bit disappointed in the atmosphere. It is a little cold and plain on the inside. Maybe some warm lighting would help. It was really busy, so service was just a tad slow, but our waiter was friendly and as attentive he could be given how packed it was. We had the Vietnamese Beef Skewers (very tender and our favorite of the evening) and the Mushroom Quesodilla and then split the Mushroom Swiss Burger, hubby had beer and I had wine on tap (a first for me!). It was all pretty good, and on par with pub fare. We’ll certainly go back every now and then, but there are other places in WS we like better.

  5. I went there for the first time and the last time with in the same night. I had ordered a mixed drink that only had two ingredients and they gave me a beverage with two ingredients with no rights to be together. When my bartender of a husband asked for them to bring the correct drink the bartender said ” your wrong and it is not the drink you ordered!” When we asked closed out our tab the bartender was curt and said a very colorful about us out loud to the whole bar.

  6. Was excited to try this new addition to the neighborhood and was sad by our experience. Service was super slow!! Burger was not fully cooked and they brought us the wrong bill. They just don’t seem to have it together yet :(
