My dog, Malarkey, slipped his collar last night (Tuesday, 9/10) outside of the off-leash area at Westcrest Park around 7:00 pm. Malarkey, is 1 yr, 10 mos. old and weighs approximately 60 lbs. – mixed breed, probably lab of some sort. He is almost all black with some white on his chest. He is very friendly and exuberant with other dogs but is skittish around people he doesn’t know.
