  I know I’m way late but that’s a tangerine ring neck dove, it’s sad that was clearly someone’s pet or belonged somewhere as they’re domesticated and not found in the wild. Orange ring neck doves are a solid orange, tangerines have purple colored heads and brown bodies. I hope he or she found a good home.
