We live on Chilberg just off Beach and SW Douglas Place. With the beautiful warm weather we’ve been trying to sleep with the windows open but can’t because there’s a very loud clanging wind chime somewhere out there that keeps us awake. The source is tough to pinpoint (seems to be coming from a home on the hillside), or we’d ask nicely for the owners to consider taking it down at night. Since I feel compelled to try to do something, fwiw I’m posting this general plea to West Seattle residents to please try to be considerate of noise to neighbors before you hang wind chimes (especially the loud clanging kind!).
