Try Lucky Seafood 3217 Beacon Ave S if you don’t mine doing your own boiling and cleaning. They have live crab in tanks and you pick your own. The price is usually under 3 bucks a pound.

Any Asian market in White Center has live crab for great prices — not to mention clams, oysters and lotsa whole fresh fish…

    JL,

I meant it only in affection :) I hope I haven’t been crossed out to potentially get some yummy crab!! I would buy 10 to 15 pounds if there was extra actually.

JanS, Looking at the “Rant to the mad man at met market” thread, it looks like some guy already has your neighborhood covered! :-p

Instead of turkey on Thanksgiving, I always have crabs and I love them.

The best place to get crabs…in chinatown..cheap at $3.99/lb and they even clean for you.

Please invite me over. Eating crabs as a group is so much fun…forget about table manners…chow down the carcass.

    Fresh crabs ..the best.

I saute them with a little bit of curry powder..that it

    and I love the roe.

    again..invite me over

Hello, it’s me the “crab pusher”. A couple of people have asked if I can hook them up with crab so the scoop is I just got word that the crab boat is landing on Tuesday or Wednesday. The crab legs are Bristol Bay Red King Crab if you want to google. I’ve seen them for as much as 30 bucks a pound. These are running 17. Some places (sometimes Costco) will sell last seasons catch. But this is the good stuff! Send me a pm if you are interested.

LOL! Of course you will be invited. All I do is make sure the legs are warm and then melt butter and put in front of my mom.

We have about 40lbs left of King Crab legs if anyone else is interested. We usually buy a 80lb box and this year it is 120lb’s!! That’s a lot of crab :)

Also, Keith I sent you a pm last week to see if you are still interested and it looks like you haven’t seen the message yet. Are you still interested. I’m not overfished :)
