Seriously, unless you’re composting inside in a bucket, worms will find a compost pile. Even a compost bin if it has air holes anywhere near the bottom.
Seattle Tilth (www.seattletilth.org) used to sell red worms for indoor worm boxes … not sure if they still do, but they are a good resource and could probably refer you to other local sources.
I believe that WSB user Jetcityorange was looking for people who wanted composting worms earlier in the season. She may still have some. check ‘worms’ on the search feature for the forums, and you should pull something up.
