I was walking to Safeway last night and on my way I passed a “No Parking Sign” with graffiti. It was the first one from the corner of admiral and 42nd, in between Jack In the Box (on the right) and the Safeway Gas Station (on the left).
There was a cruel three letter word written on it, in black perminant marker. How do I get rid of it?
