I have an inordinate amount of plastic bubble wrap from a combination of moving and holiday shipping. From my reading of King County’s recycling policies, almost all of it has to go in the trash. :-( It galls me to throw away this much plastic. Anyone have alternate ideas I can try, besides giving it away? Also, I don’t have a car, so any suggestions can’t involve travel outside public transit.
Muchas Gracias!

There are a couple of Buy Nothing West Seattle groups on Facebook if you’re interested in joining – maybe there’s an Etsy or Ebay seller out there who could use some packaging materials.
I’ll also second the mailing center suggestion–I’ve taken bags of bubble wrap, etc., to the Admiral Junction Mailing Center (California Ave @ Spokane) and they’ve accepted it. The guys who used to run it and have since retired seemed to appreciate it–the current owners accept it, but seem less enthusiastic so you might want to double-check with them (they’re lovely people, though).
Still not connected with my Bubble Wrap gal :(
But if Anybody else in West Seattle has some I will take it………… Also Packing Peanuts and the brown craft paper.
