charlabobParticipantEveryone, who isn’t Cheri please don’t read :-) I’m a little embarassed about my so-called garden’s “failure to thrive.”
Does this mean I can buy plants now and still have veggies this season? Is it too late to plant the package of sunflower seeds I got this weekend? After my second batch of tomato plants bit the dust (literaly) I had sort of given up.
Thanks!
(If you want to mock me privately, just charlarma at gmail dot com. Be gentle.)

JoBParticipantcharla..
i thought my tomato plants had bit the dust but there are tomatoes growing on the plants whose leaves curled..
if it is too late we are both in trouble as i have space and am committed to growing food this year…
i too would like to know if it is too late for seeds….

ellenaterMemberOh don’t feel bad!
Why not go from start at this point if possible. You’ve got a better change. My best guess is that it’s not too late!

LisaHParticipantIt’s not too late for anything. It’s only June and most Veggies grow well into September! And sunflowers adapt to the climate quite well.
